A class business center Place Eleven developed by Hanner Group in Riga was awarded as the best commercial building in the annual The Most Sustainable Building and Project 2018 real estate market competition organized in Latvia.

Annual competition concentrates on the highest quality and exclusive architectural buildings that use environmentally friendly materials. Also it is vital that the economic benefits of buildings are linked to the ecological approach and sustainability.

Place Eleven became the first business center in the Baltic States to receive the BREEAM New Construction Excellent certificate which confirmed the sustainability of this building. The highest score was assessed for the energy efficiency of the project, communication solutions and water management systems.

Place Eleven is a 14-storey-high Class A office building with restaurant, spacious green terrace and parking lot. The total area of the building is 24 000 m2, with 14 500 m2 of available office space.
