Hanner, a company investing in real estate (RE), has received a construction permit and is about to launch the construction of the second business centre called “Business Stadium North” (BSN) in the “Business Stadium” district. The sum of investments will total 25 million euros. It is expected for construction to be completed in the second quarter of 2020.

The new class A+ business centre will have 8 floors and 16 thousand sq. m of floor area. The underground parking garage for 2,000 spaces will be built under the entire district.

The building project of the Business Stadium North (BSN) is the work of the international team of architects – “Square One” and “NOR3D”, companies from Denmark, as well as the Lithuanian engineers, the company “Senamiesčio Projektai”.

“We took a complex approach and designed this business centre in a manner that conforms to all criteria expected by modern companies, which, at the same time, organically completes the city centre,” said Mr Arvydas Avulis, the Chairman of the Board of Hanner.

The ground floor of the new business centre will be used for various conventional services, stores and restaurants. The remaining floors of the BSN building will hold office spaces with flexible planning, while the top floors will have terraces with panorama of the city.

The new business centre will offer spaces for corporate offices with the areas from 150 to 2,000 sq. m on a floor.

The western part of the Business Stadium district already features the Business Stadium West business centre and Courtyard by Marriott hotel with the exclusive architecture promenade, which is about to be completed.

The total planned investments into the conversion of the former territory of Žalgiris stadium, where Business Stadium district is being developed, will amount to more than 200 mln euro. Hanner is planning to invest 2 million euro into the public spaces designed in this district.
