AB “Hanner” has been recognized as the Lithuania‘s Best Real Estate Developer of 2016 in the annual survey of experts from real estate and financial sectors, conducted by world‘s leading business and investment magazine „Euromoney“. AB “Hanner” was ranked first in this category in 2014 and 2015 as well.

Moreover, “Euromoney” also declared AB “Hanner” as Latvia‘s Best Real Estate Developer of 2016. AB “Hanner” received this award for the second year in a row.

“Euromoney” conducted 12th survey of real estate experts, developers, managers of investment funds, representatives of banks and businesses. Experts from each country had to evaluate, which companies, in their opinion, were the best suppliers of real estate products and services in their countries during last 12 months.

“We are delighted when efforts and proffesionalism of our employee, devoted for the creation of the high quality housing and offices, are appreciated by such a solid magazine as “Euromoney”. At the same time this award is an obligation to maintain the highest quality in our future projects” – said Arvydas Avulis, the chairman of AB “Hanner” board.

Achievements of AB “Hanner” of 2016 in Lithuania and Latvia were also appreciated by “Euromoney” in other categories of the survey.
