Hanner received all necessary construction permits and will start construction of business center City in Vilnius. City will have the biggest one floor space (up to 3.500sqm) in Lithuania where up to 400 people will be able to work. Building on Žalgirio street will meet all requirements of green buildings and tenants will not receive bills for heating. Hanner is planning to invest 30 million Euros into new project.

These modern open space offices will be extremely attractive to information technology companies, service centers and large enterprises that want to reduce office running costs” – says Arvydas Avulis, AB Hanner Chairman of the Board.

In 18 months Vilnius market will be offered up to 20.000sqm of B+ class offices. It is estimated that lease rate will be 11-12 euros/sqm or 25% less than lease rates in adjacent A class offices.
